Returns Policy
RETURNING PRODUCTS
If you have merchandise that you wish to return please call our customer service department to receive a return authorization. Our returns policy is enumerated below for terms and conditions. Once your return is approved, for returns under $400, we will send you a shipping label to return the merchandise to us free of charge. It is your responsibility to pack the merchandise carefully in a box so that it does not get damaged in transit. For any damaged merchandise received credit will not be issued. Affix the UPS Return sticker to the top of the box and give it to any UPS or Network B&D driver. For returns exceeding $400, a driver will be sent out to pick up the merchandise from you. The fees for the pickup will automatically be deducted from your return.
Please allow 2 weeks from the date of arrival in our warehouse for your return to be processed. When we have completed processing your return, we will issue you a merchandise credit, based on what you paid, to be used against you next order. The credit you receive will be utilized on your next order automatically, and will deduct from the total due, so you do not need to remember to ask for it.
Returns Policy
Color Mid-Atlantic will accept returns on sellable merchandise with proof of purchase. All returns are for merchandise credit only. Returns that exceed $100 must be handled with your salesperson directly. Returns within 30 days of date of invoice will be credited at full invoice value. Returns after 30 days of invoice will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returns without proof of purchase will be accepted and credit issued at the lowest sale price on record and subject to a 25% restocking fee.
SKIN CARE AND COSMETICS
Color Mid-Atlantic will exchange colors of nail polish for 30 days after the receipt of goods for other shades of like polish. All other skin care and cosmetic items are not returnable. Invoice or proof of purchase must be presented to exchange polish.
SHEARS AND APPLIANCES
Color Mid-Atlantic will accept any shears or appliances that were not ordered or are defective as long as it is within 14 days of the purchase date with an invoice. After 14 days of purchase, any shear or appliance returned MUST be handled directly with the manufacturer in accordance to its policy.
PRE PACK DEALS AND KITS
Color Mid-Atlantic will accept complete pre-packed deals or kits for full credit within 30 days of purchases. Any pre-packed deal or kit returned incomplete will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Products returned for open stock from deals will also be subject to a 25% restocking fee if the item is a stocked item. All other products and sizes of free goods, no credit will be issued.
NO RETURNS ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS
Old packaging – Defaced products – Used products – Products without labels – Discontinued items– Special order items – Holiday favors – Imprinted favors
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
All defective merchandise should be handled directly with the manufacturer and according to its policies.
